What files do I need to start a project?
To begin, we recommend sending a 3D model and a list of areas you want to show. If you don’t have a model yet, detailed DWG plans are enough. Please include materials, levels, and precise measurements. Reference images for finishes and styles are also very helpful.
Are revisions included?
Yes. We offer two rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Our goal is to deliver results that match your vision. Additional changes can be quoted separately, if needed.
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing is based on complexity and the estimated hours of work. All quotes are fixed and transparent — no surprises. We also offer discounts for volume projects or combined services (e.g. renders + video).
Can I pay after seeing the results?
We require a 40% deposit to begin. The remaining balance is paid after final approval of the deliverables.
Where is your company located?
We work fully online. Our core team operates from two main locations: Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Can you help if I don’t have interior design defined yet?
Yes. Our team includes interior designers who can assist with layout proposals, mood boards, and styling — from concept to final presentation.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Timelines depend on project size and complexity. We’ll provide a clear delivery estimate before starting. If you need an earlier delivery, we offer fast-track options for an additional cost.
